IT’S THE INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR PHOTOGRAPHY’S FREE OPENING COMMUNITY DAY (11AM – 7PM ). Spanning a full city block between Ludlow and Essex Streets, the NEW ICP is envisioned as the cultural anchor for the new, mixed-use Essex Crossing development. Certainly, the Lower East Side’s vibrant history suits the Center’s mission to explore photography as a catalyst for social change. To get there, take the J, Z, F or M trains to Essex-Delancey Station. More at icp.org;
